Teddy's story
Teddy's owner passed away and no family member could take a large dog. He arrived confused and off his food, and spent his first nights curled against the kennel door listening for a familiar voice.
Three weeks of quiet routine brought him back. He now leans into every hand, walks gently on the lead and settles for hours with a chew. He is the easiest dog in the shelter — staff fight over who takes him home for weekends.
