A small shelter with room for every species

Strays began with street dogs, then neighbours started arriving with unwanted litters of kittens, a lonely parrot, rabbits outgrown by children. Today our rooms hold barking, purring, hopping and chirping side by side. Volunteers walk, groom, hand-feed and sit quietly with shy newcomers until each one is ready — then we help you choose the companion whose needs fit your home, not just your heart.

Adoption questions, answered

First visit, paperwork, fees and settling in — how bringing home a shelter pet actually works.

Browse the animals page, open the profiles you like, then come for a meet-and-greet. If it's a match, we do a short home check and you take your new companion home — usually within a week.

Vaccinations, neutering, microchip for dogs and cats, a vet health check and a starter bag of their current food. Small pets leave with a care sheet and a week of bedding and feed.

Yes — most dogs, cats and rabbits can go on a two-week foster stay first. We lend you the crate, hutch or carrier and cover vet costs while you see how life fits together.

Absolutely. First-time owners adopt from us every week. You'll get a setup list, a hands-on handover and a month of message support while you learn.
